A positive feeling after the win
"We are very happy to end the first half of the season winning at home, in front of our fans, in this way. We are very happy with the three points."
One of only three unbeaten sides at home
"The fans support us a lot at Mestalla. They are our twelfth man. I want to thank them for the effort they make to come here, and this one is dedicated to them"
The team's top goalscorer in LaLiga
"I'm happy to have got back playing again, to have won and to have scored again. A number 9 always wants to score goals, but I'm happier that we won and that the group have returned to action very strong."
Aspirations for Valencia CF
"Our objective is to pick up three points after three points. We want to take things game by game. We're on the right track and I hope that this continues."
The Supercopa
"It isn't easy. We always want more, and now we have a very difficult game: The Spanish Supercopa. We're going to face it in the same way that we have been for games up until now. My teammates are doing a very good job, and we are going to Saudi Arabia to compete as equals with the other teams."
